Currently Squad 1 trains seven times per week for up to two hours per session giving the swimmer optimum training time to compete at county levels. We also offer other squads, each with their own ability, so our coaching team will place you accordingly. Including a social squad and a highly successful masters team who regulary compete at inter-county and national competitions. Our coaching team use up to date coaching methods, as well as state of the art equipment, such as underwater cameras, with recording equipment - to enable a view of the swimmer from under the surface. All designed to improve the standard of the swimmer. |
